These suckers are huge, first off. Tremendous. The biggest pill I've ever taken. BUT! They go down easy, and I'm not very good at swallowing large pills. They're pretty, too, clear lozenges that catch the light nicely. BUT! They smell awful, the worst smelling pill I take.
The pros outweigh the cons, I think.
As for their actual health benefits I'm not qualified to say.
