For a complete EFA (Essential Fatty Acid) product, this one is fantastic. Especially for the price!!! I was very pleased that it doesn't cause the fish burps after taking like other brands have. All in all, no complaints!!!

Three a day... if you can manage it! They are a bit tough on my tummy, but I know I need them and these are great quality, and complete. This 2-pack is well priced and I feel confident I'm getting top quality with the TwinLab name backing it.
