You'd never know there is algae in this stuff. Tell all the know it all carnivores that you don't need to eat fish to get all your omega's.
It has a slight nutty flavor. It goes better with blended foods like milkshakes, curry, gravy, etc. However, I sometimes just add to my milk and drink. It doesn't look pretty having oil float on your milk but the taste combo is good.
