I researched what fish is used to produce this product. It's sardines, which is good news, because larger fish are more likely to concentrate toxins in their bodies. This stuff tastes GREAT! Not good enough to pour on a sundae, but good enough that I can take a spoonful without having to wash it down with something else. Originally, the cost was high, and my original review said so. Now they've reduced the price and I'm delighted with the value for the cost.
